Prior to booking do get in touch with any questions that you have. I will endeavour to answer all queries within 48 hours.


All classes must be paid for in advance as the venues that I teach in require payment in advance and have strict cancellation terms

Your place is not secure until payment is received.

Payment is by BACS and the cost is £50 for 5 x 1 hour classes.

Classes are in 5 week blocks

Upon receipt of payment you will receive email confirmation of receipt and your place on the class.


Upon receipt of payment you will be sent a registration form. This will need to be completed and returned by email before the 1st class.

If you have any worries or concerns about the class, let me know in advance and we can talk by telephone in advance.

All data is secured in accordance with GDPR regulations. Please see the separate privacy policy for details.


Payment is non-refundable unless I cancel a class or change the date of a class meaning that you can no longer attend or if the class is full and has a waiting list and I can fill your place.

Please make sure that you check the details of the class on line and are clear about the classes before you book. I am more than happy to answer any questions of course, and if it is easier we can discuss the course by telephone at a time to suit you.

If you think your case is exceptional, do get in touch by writing and I will consider your case. An admin charge of up to 20% may be charged.

What information I collect

When you enrol on one of my courses I will ask you to complete a registration form. This is will include contact information which is for my use only, details of a person to contact in case of an emergency.

I will also ask you about any health conditions, so that I can be sure that it is safe for you to participate in classes. In some circumstances I may advise against someone attending a class or request  note from their doctor or mental health practitioner to attest to your fitness to attend the course.

How I use your information

I need contact details so that I can contact you in the event of an emergency such as a class cancellation. I would advise that you provide a telephone number as well as email.

I need contact details for who to contact in case of an emergency should you become ill or have an medical emergency during class.

I may need to get in touch after class to follow up anything that has arisen in class or to send you information or resources that you have requested.

With your permission I would like to send you information about other classes that I run. I will ask for your permission for this and you of course have the right to refuse any communications from me at any time.

I will never pass your details on to a third party unless there is a medical emergency and it is needed for your safety or in an emergency where for example the police are involved.

I do not require any payment information from you, or bank account details and will never request them. You will pay me by BACs transfer or cheque.


Maintaining your personal information

I will only keep your personal details for as long as you are a student.

I have put in place appropriate safeguards both in terms of procedures, technology and administration to keep your personal data as secure as possible. I will not transfer, process or store your data anywhere outside of the European Economic Area.


Your rights to your personal information

You have a right to request a copy of the personal information that we hold about you and to have any inaccuracies in this data corrected. Please use the contact detail at the end of this policy if you would like to exercise this right.
