Introduction to meditation

In our introduction to meditation courses we will explore a variety of different kind of meditations from mindfulness to guided visualisation to mantra meditations. We will look at why and how meditation can help you, dispel some myths and misconceptions and help you to find a manageable meditation practice that is right for you.

Our introductory courses run in 5 week blocks and there is the opportunity to enrol in one to one classes or move to the intermediate courses at the end.
